How should I care for my items?
Each item comes with its own care instructions on the label and website listing. If you need additional guidance, feel free to reach out to us for assistance! Otherwise, visit CARING FOR YOUR ITEMS for more tips.
How do your items fit?
All items are designed true to size, so we recommend sticking to your normal size. On each product listing, we will advise fit and whether it is a relaxed/oversized style.
Do you restock sold out items?
Due to the seasonal nature of our clothing items, we are unable to restock our drops. We do however have our SIGNATURES RANGE, which will be restocked throughout the year.
Who designs your items?
We do! All items are designed in house by our team in Victoria, Australia
ORDERS
OOPS, I have entered the wrong address!
If you've made an error in your order details, please CONTACT US immediately by email with your full name and order number. We'll do our best to assist you in updating your details before shipment.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to change the address. In this case, you can redirect your parcel through the AUSTRALIA POST WEBSITE or Australia Post App.
Important: If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or is unclaimed, the cost to resend it will be at your expense. Please double-check your details before finalising your order.
OOPS, I have added the wrong item!
If you have added the incorrect item whether it be size, style or quantity to your order, please CONTACT US immediately. We cannot guarantee we will be able to amend before your order has been processed, but we will do our absolute best to facilitate changes where possible. Once your order is processed or shipped, we are unable to make any changes. However, you can always place a new order for any additional items. We appreciate your understanding!
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
We offer credit notes for change of mind or incorrect sizes. These credit notes are sent in the form of a gift card that does not expire! Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we want you to love your items. For full details, please refer to our RETURNS POLICY.
Please Note: We try to display all of our items as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the colours and patterns will be exactly as they appear on the website. Please email us if you would like any clarification on an item regarding sizing or colours, we are more than happy to help you with your purchase!
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship internationally via Australia Post and DHL! If you do not see your country at the checkout, please CONTACT US for assistance. Please check our Shipping Information for delivery timeframes and rates.
Please note: We are not responsible for any customs or import duties that may apply in your country. Be sure to check with your local authorities before ordering. Ziggy Lou does not offer refunds for any change of minds due to duties and taxes.
What payment options do you offer?
We offer payment methods via Visa, Mastercard, EFTPOS, Union Pay, Afterpay, Paypal and Zip – Buy now, pay later.
How long does it take to get my order?
Please allow 1-3 business days processing for orders placed in standard times. During our product launches or sale periods, the volume of orders increase therefore we say to please allow up to 10 business days processing. Head to our SHIPPING page for more information around timeframes.
Note: Processing times are separate to shipping times. The processing includes the pick and packing of your order. Once your order has been sent, the shipping time frame begins.

Do you have a rewards program?
Yes, we do! Make sure to log into your Rewards Account when purchasing to accumulate points.
How do I earn points?
You can earn 1 point for every $1 spent on products (not including shipping). You can also earn 100 points when you sign up.
What do my points get me?
You can redeem your points to obtain gift cards to spend on your favourite Ziggy Lou pieces including new drops!
