1. How do I care for my items?
You can find care instructions on each of your items. 
 
Our handmade items are special, keepsake pieces and therefore correct care needs to take place to ensure your items last. 
Please hand wash or cold gentle cycle machine wash
Lay flat to dry
DO NOT tumble dry.
 
2. Do you offer refunds and exchanges?
Unfortunately we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for change of mind/incorrect size. Please review your order carefully before placing it.
If you have any questions before placing your order please do not hesitate to email us. 
 
3. OOPS! I have entered the wrong address?
Please email us straight away if you have entered any of your details incorrectly so that we can alter them for you.
Please include your full name and order number with the email.
If you do not email prior to your order being shipped, we are unable to help you. 
 
PLEASE NOTE
We try to display all of our items as accurately as possible however, we cannot guarantee that the colours & patterns will be exactly as they appear on the website. 
Also, small differences may appear between our handmade items.
4. Do you ship internationally?
YES! We have just opened up International shipping for the following countries: USA, UK & New Zealand.
Please refer to our "shipping info" for time frames on shipping.
