CHANGE OF MIND | We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase from us, which is why we offer exchanges on our items. Although we do not have to offer exchanges for change of mind/incorrect sizing, the most important thing to us here at Ziggy Lou is our customer satisfaction!
All change of mind returns must be completed within 14 days of receiving your items.
(Excluding sale - all sale items are FINAL).
CONDITIONS | Any item returned must be returned in the condition you received it. All packaging/tags must still be in tact, items must not be washed and items must be in unused/unworn condition.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return costs of items are the responsibility of the purchaser.
FAULTY ITEMS | We quality check every item that is shipped out and have a strict quality control procedure. If for some reason you think you have received a faulty item, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your item so we can offer you a resolution.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS FOR CHANGE OF MIND |
1. Contact us by email ONLY within 14 days of receiving your items. Please include your full name, order number and item you are wishing to return.
Email: email@example.com with the subject as "RETURN #*order number*"
Please do not DM us on Instagram with order enquiries as it is very difficult to keep track of all of them and we will direct you to email.
2. Once we have accepted your return we will email you our return shipping address. Please include a note inside your parcel with your full name and order number. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.
3. Lodge your parcel at your nearest post office. We recommend you paying for tracked shipping, as we do not accept responsibility of any returns lost in transit.
4. Once we have received your returned item, in new/unused condition, you will be issued with a credit note for the purchase value. This credit note will not expire and can be used towards any items on our website.
Please note | If you have purchased your item with a discount code, you will be issued the exact value you paid for your item, not the full RRP.
