FAULTY ITEMS | We have a strict quality control procedure, but if for some reason you think you have received a faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
CHANGE OF MIND | We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase from us, which is why we offer exchanges on our items. Our customers satisfaction is our number 1 priority. We want you to absolutely love your items, have the correct fit and be confident in your purchases with us.
All change of mind returns must be completed within 14 days of receiving your items.
(Excluding sale - all sale items are FINAL).
CONDITIONS | Any item returned for change of mind must be returned in the condition you received it. All packaging/tags must still be in tact, items must not be washed and items must be in unused/unworn condition.
Shipping costs are non-refundable for change of mind. Return costs of items are the responsibility of the purchaser.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS FOR CHANGE OF MIND |
1. Contact us by email ONLY within 14 days of receiving your items. Please include your full name, order number and item you are wishing to return.
Email: hello@ziggylou.com.au with the subject as "RETURN #*order number*"
Please do not DM us on Instagram with order enquiries as it is very difficult to keep track of all of them and we will direct you to email.
2. Once we have accepted your return we will email you our return shipping address. Please include a note inside your parcel with your full name and order number. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.
3. Lodge your parcel at your nearest post office. We recommend you paying for tracked shipping, as we do not accept responsibility of any returns lost in transit.
4. Once we have received your returned item, in new/unused condition, you will be issued with a credit note for the purchase value. This credit note will not expire and can be used towards any items on our website.
Please note | If you have purchased your item with a discount code, you will be issued the exact value you paid for your item, not the full RRP.
ITEMS PURCHASED THROUGH STOCKISTS
Items purchased through our stockists are in line with our stockist's purchase policies. Please contact the store you purchased your items from to view their purchase/returns policies.
Therefore, items purchased through stockists can only be returned through the original place of purchase.
