Ziggy Lou is a Melbourne, Australia born company that creates, designs and sells unique and bespoke pieces of clothing and accessories for babies, toddlers and women, using a variety of quality fabrics.

· Klaviyo – we may provide your name and email address and phone number to Klaviyo for email and SMS marketing purposes. Klaviyo is a US based marketing automation and email and SMS marketing platform.

However, for each of the above circumstances, we will only disclose the amount of information necessary for the relevant purpose.

We store electronic information on our computers systems or offsite using our trusted third-party e-commerce platform, Shopify. We use reasonable endeavours to keep your personal information secure, however, this security cannot be guaranteed.
Email accounts and cloud accounts which may store your information are protected from unauthorised access by two-factor authentication and password protection processes.
We have protection in our office against unauthorised access such as locks, alarms and cameras.
