Personalised Items | Terms + Conditions Policy

Our "Personalised Items | Terms + Conditions" policy applies to any order that includes a personalised item. 

1. Any order that includes a personalisation is final We do not allow any changes or exchanges on personalised items.

2. If you remove the "Add Personalisation" $20 listing to your cart, your order will not come personalised. 

3. We cannot split orders for "personalised items" and "plain items". If you order items in the same order with your personalised items, these will all be shipped together. If you would like your plain items earlier, please place two seperate orders.

Turn Around Time | Our current turn around time is 1-2 weeks. During peak periods this estimated turn around time can increase for personalised items. Please be patient with us, as it's just our mum embroidering every single item at the warehouse! 

If you are needing your order quicker, we now offer a $10 rush fee to have your items made and shipped within 7 business days.  Please email if you would like to add a rush fee. 

Please double check all spelling, as we cannot accept changes once your order is placed.  Please ensure you are confident with your font and colour selection as these are final. If you have any questions or hesitations with your selection, please feel free to reach out to us via email before placing your order, as we can help you with your selection and what fonts/colours will work best!

Our "Personalised Items | Terms + Conditions" policy override our normal returns policy and we do not allow any change of mind returns, including but not limited to sizing and colours, when purchasing one of our personalised items.
