Office Hours:

Our office will be operating with limited staffing from December 21st to January 5th to allow our team to enjoy a well-deserved Christmas break. Please note that during this period, response times may be slower than usual, so we kindly ask for 2-3 business days to reply to your emails.

We will continue processing and shipping orders during this time, excluding public holidays.

Orders & Shipping:

Domestic Orders (Australia-wide):
To receive your order in time for Christmas, we recommend placing your order by 12pm AEST on Thursday, December 19th (For NT & WA please place your order by Monday, December 16th). Orders placed after this date cannot be guaranteed to arrive before Christmas.

International Orders:
For faster international shipping, we recommend selecting DHL at checkout, as they typically offer quicker delivery times compared to Australia Post’s International Express. For specific delivery estimates, please check DHL's website for your country’s expected delivery time.


Extended Returns Policy:
Orders placed in December that meet our Returns Policy will be eligible for an extended return period. To ensure your return is processed, please contact our Customer Service team at hello@ziggylou.com.au by January 14th.

Due to limited staffing during the holiday season, please allow up to 7 business days for returns to be processed once we have received your parcel.
