How Our Rewards Program Works:
Our rewards program is all about earning points with your purchases, and you can then exchange those points for vouchers. Here's how it works:
Accumulate Points: With each purchase you make, you collect points. The more you shop, the more points you earn!
Cash in Your Points: Once you’ve gathered enough points, you can choose to cash them in for vouchers. We offer different voucher levels based on the number of points you have.
Voucher Options: You can redeem your points for vouchers in the following amounts:
500 points = $20 voucher
1000 points = $50 voucher
1500 points = $100 voucher
2000 points = $150 voucher
500 points = $20 voucher
1000 points = $50 voucher
1500 points = $100 voucher
2000 points = $150 voucher
**Please note that these vouchers work as a discount code and need to be used in one transaction
Level Up or Redeem: You have two options:
Keep Accumulating Points: If you prefer, you can keep collecting points and level up to get bigger vouchers. For example, you might want to save up for a $100 or $150 voucher.
Redeem Smaller Vouchers: Or, you can choose to redeem your points earlier for smaller vouchers, depending on how you'd like to use your rewards.
It’s all about giving you the flexibility to enjoy the rewards your way!
How do I sign up?
Signing up to the rewards program is seperate to your shopping account. You will need to actively sign up via our website. When browsing our website on your phone or web browser, you will see a pop up in the bottom left corner. Click here and this will lead to you to the rewards program.
I've already shopped before signing up - what do I do?
Please email our customer service team on hello@ziggylou.com.au with the email address you are using for purchases. Please note that we can only adjust points made in the previous 3 months.
